Where is pj clarke

Great food and service. Expected better but by no means was it bad. Was not as friendly of an environment as I hoped for. My burger was great! One of the few remaining establishments with ambiance, good service by people older than 12, courteous, accommodating and friendly. Great classic restaurant with great burgers and chopped steak. The real disappointment is the wine list. Very limited selection by the glass and not very high quality.

Have they never heard "life's too short to drink bad wine"?? It's also very loud: energetic is great; loud is loud. Highly recommend Great, seasoned, venerable New York tavern. Wonderful place to experience. A classic experience in a landmark spot. The Cadillac of burgers, and maybe the best mac and cheese anywhere, plus drinks that are strong and well made. Go there. Everything was great. Ive been going there for years as i live in the neighborhood.

Incredible experience! Beautiful stained glass, dark wood and original tin tiles. Service great and attentive; menu surprisingly broad for lunch fare; a little pricy, but worth it. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We were seated in the back, near the rear door, which was kept open to allow servers to go in and out. There are several outdoor tables. Alas, we got chilly inside.

Our server and the manager later moved our table farther way from the rear door. Much better. Maybe this building is landmarked. Nevertheless, the bathroom sink is atrocious. The stains are permanently ingrained. My wife says the ladies restroom was fine. My favorite in mid-town. Really rude service. Very friendly place felt at home - Bar had to work bar and floor. Yet he was always friendly and warm Will go back. Everything was great including the service. We were three women: one with a walker, one a cane, third a vegetarian!

Sounds like. Everyone was accommodated beautifully. Food delicious. Service lovely. Thank you. An excellent restaurant with lots of nostalgia. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. It was just a delightful experience. Great food! Slower service and tables VERY close together. We make it a point to try to eat there once every week or two.

The burgers are terrific as are many of their other dishes. The service is terrific. Rex, the Manager, is front and center and always aims to please. Outdoor seating is now very appealing. We love it there! Burger was superb, service was great as always. Just bring back the deviled Eggs. A favorite restaurant, never disappoints love the classic NY ambiance. Dinner with a friend. I enjoy the historic atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. Amazing burgers. Had the Cadillac. Get the onion strings and parm fries. Both amazing! Top five restaurant in NYC. It has been a favorite of mine since Great old-school atmosphere amazing rahbar.

We were outdoors so noise was expected I love their Cadillac burger and is my go to. Clarke's - Third Avenue does offer delivery in partnership with Uber Eats. Clarke's - Third Avenue also offers takeout which you can order by calling the restaurant at Clarke's - Third Avenue is rated 4.

More American spots See more The Farm on Adderley The Farm on Adderley is a really good, comfortable restaurant in a neighborhood that seems to have relatively few of those.

Charlie Bird Most everything on the menu at Charlie Bird is fantastic. They do service and wine better than almost anyone else. It may not be the same downtown destination that it was thirty years ago, but they still serve very respectable bistro food and stiff drinks, and brunch is always reliable.
